Slavic Beauty’s latest product, the Cream Separator 80-100 l/h Plastic Model # 19 enjoys positive reviews. The imported small cream separator processes twenty-six gallons of milk per hour and is manufactured with a plastic construction.
It took and entire morning to finally figure out the process for obtaining this thing to work but, when we did, the experience was incredible. The first-run I wasn't cranking fast enough and much of the milk dribbled down out of an over flow hole. We assembled that in to a bowl as it dripped over the aspect of our butcher block and put it back in. Try, try again. The second time we felt that the two liquids are not different enough in consistency. I understood that the milk was no longer at goat temperature (about 100 degrees). A complete world had just opened.
That evening I believed I would give it another attempt. I retrieved the jar in the refrigerator and was about to get out the mixer after I recalled how on farm tours children tend to be given a small jar of cream to milkshake into butter independently. I started vigorously shaking the jar and within a few minutes I 'd a large butter ball. Instantly I determined the kids would make their own butter for bread at Sunday supper but, like I said previously, Sunday supper never happened. But something better did.

This procedure significantly eased the process of separation. The skim milk particles, being the weightier, were driven against the bottom side of each disk, going toward the periphery of the bowl, while the cream particles moved along the upper side of each disc toward the center.
